Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data are processed when you visit praxisweb.it or write to ask for information. It is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who processes the data
The data controller is PraxisWeb di Alessandro Rosati, Via dei Farnese 21, 01036 Nepi ((VT)), VAT number 02335010563. For any matter concerning your data you can write to info@praxisweb.it.
No data protection officer has been appointed, because none of the cases set out in Article 37 of the Regulation apply.
What data are processed
Data you send. If you write by email or via WhatsApp, the data contained in your message are processed: the address or number you write from, your name if you give it, and any other information you choose to share. The site has no contact forms: nothing is collected automatically from this site while you are reading it.
Data collected by the hosting provider. The server that hosts the site records access data, including the IP address, the date and time of the request and the page requested. This is a technical record, necessary for the operation and security of the service, and it is not used to identify visitors or to reconstruct their behaviour.
Why they are processed, and on what legal basis
The data you send are used to answer your request and, if the relationship continues, to prepare a quotation and manage the work. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and subsequently the performance of that contract.
Server logs are processed to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interests.
Where a professional relationship exists, the data needed for invoicing and accounting are processed in order to comply with legal obligations.
How long they are kept
Messages that do not lead to a professional relationship are kept for as long as is needed to deal with the request and are then deleted. Data relating to a professional relationship are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by tax and civil law. Server logs follow the retention periods of the hosting provider.
Who they are shared with
Data are neither made public nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
They may be processed, to the extent necessary, by suppliers acting as processors: the hosting provider, Serverplan, with servers located in Italy; the email service provider; the accountant, for bookkeeping obligations.
If you choose to write via WhatsApp, the conversation passes through the systems of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group) and remains subject to the terms and the privacy policy of that service, over which PraxisWeb has no control. If you would rather avoid this, use email.
Cookies
This site installs no profiling cookies, uses no analytics tools and does not track visitors. It loads no resources from external domains: fonts, images and stylesheets all come from this site. For this reason no consent banner appears.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to have their processing restricted, to receive them in a machine-readable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to info@praxisweb.it: a reply arrives within one month.
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
This policy may be updated if the processing described here changes. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
